His political acumen shone through as the Northern Nevada Director for Governor Steve Sisolak's successful 2018 campaign, showcasing his strong connections within the state's political sphere. Adler's experience representing the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe and his deep understanding of Nevada's regulatory landscape enable him to navigate the complex intersection of technology, mining, and government policy with ease. Allan Grosvenor, CEO and Co-Founder of Nexcavate, is a visionary aerospace engineer and AI innovator with over 25 years of experience in solving complex engineering challenges across critical industries. His impressive career spans groundbreaking work for DARPA, the Department of Energy, and the United States Air Force and Space Force, positioning him uniquely to revolutionize the mining industry. At Masten Space Systems, Grosvenor led the aerodynamics team for DARPA's XS-1 program, inventing a novel hypersonic reusable rocket configuration that solved complex reentry challenges. His work at Ramgen Power Systems on unconventional supersonic power generation systems further showcased his versatility in applying advanced computational strategies and supercomputing to diverse fields. As founder of MSBAI, Grosvenor created GURU, an AI-driven assistant that dramatically reduces engineering simulation setup time from hours to minutes. This innovation earned selection for the prestigious Techstars Air Force Accelerator and a coveted allocation on the Department of Energy's leadership-class supercomputers. Grosvenor's leadership success in automating complex simulations for the DAF, and delivering 'air traffic control for space' capabilities to USSF demonstrates his ability to achieve cutting-edge AI solutions for mission-critical applications. By leveraging supercomputing resources from both the Department of Defense and Department of Energy, Grosvenor has consistently pushed the boundaries of engineering, running thousands of simulations to rapidly prototype revolutionary designs.
